Food Bars Menu – Chef and I Catering services the Macarthur and Sydney areas. Designed as a food stand feature, guests ‘build their own’ dish from a variety of ingredients and condiments.

RISOTTO LIVE STATION

Lemon chicken & asparagus (GF)

Cherry tomato, basil & red onion (V, GF)

 

BRIOCHE SLIDER BAR

Pork belly, beer braised lamb, cajun chicken, baby spinach, beetroot relish, red cabbage & mint slaw, sauces & mustards (three sliders per person)

 

FRENCH CHEESE STATION

Camembert topped with pear vinegar & figs, mature cheddar, aged blue with salt wafers, fresh & dried fruits, nuts

 

ANTIPASTO STATION

Smoked ham, spanish salami, mortadella

Roasted ricotta with black olive dressing with grape tomatoes & crisp breads (V)

Eggplant, sweet potato & olives (V)

Fresh & dried fruits, grissini & fresh breads
