Food Bars Menu – Chef and I Catering services the Macarthur and Sydney areas. Designed as a food stand feature, guests ‘build their own’ dish from a variety of ingredients and condiments.

Designed as a stand-out menu feature; guests will delight as Chef prepares a fabulous food station from a variety of fresh ingredients and condiments.

SLIDER BAR

Pulled pork, beer braised lamb and grilled beef patties, baby spinach, tomato, beetroot relish, pear relish, pineapple pieces, fresh baked mini buns, & condiments  (3 sliders per person)

 

ANTIPASTO STAND

Cured meats, grissini, fresh breads, baked ricotta, marinated vegetables, olives, fresh & dried fruits

 

RISOTTO STATION

Porcini Mushrooms and Parmesan or  Spanish Paella (GF)
