Food Bars Menu – Chef and I Catering services the Macarthur and Sydney areas. Designed as a food stand feature, guests ‘build their own’ dish from a variety of ingredients and condiments.

SLIDER BAR

Pork belly, beer braised lamb, cajun chicken, baby spinach, beetroot relish, red cabbage & mint slaw, sauces & mustards
(3 sliders per person)

 

ANTIPASTO STAND

Smoked ham, Spanish salami, morta della grissini, fresh breads, baked ricotta, marinated vegetables, olives, fresh & dried fruits

 

RISOTTO STATION

Mushroom & parmesan risotto

Chicken & semi dried tomato risotto

Chicken Chorizo Paella (GF)
